Procore IPO Success Highlights Future of Construction Management Software and Apps
Construction management software provider Procore’s IPO in May raised $634.5M, beating expectations.
We want to congratulate Procore and its founder, Tooey Courtemanche. (Congratulations!!) After putting it off for a year because of the pandemic, they set a price range of $60 – $65 for the initial public offering, but sold 9.47 million shares for $67 each. Seems like a good day to us.
“The construction industry is in the early stages of massive digital transformation.”
We say this proves the point: construction management software and apps are here to stay for the construction industry. They will have a major impact going forward.
