Dion Rudnicki

Dion Rudnicki brings his energy, passion and experience to support the growth of IntelliSpeX by ensuring our clients successfully garner the returns of their investment in our technology. Most recently, Dion served as the Chief Operating Officer for the Institute for Building Technology and Safety (IBTS) where he was responsible for the day-to-day operations, working across the organization to ensure IBTS delivered high-quality services to our customers that were on-time and within budget. He was responsible for the organization’s overall profit and loss, and oversaw the growth into new markets to maximize value for the clients, stakeholders, and the organization.

Prior to IBTS, Dion Rudnicki served as Vice President for the IBM Corporation. During his thirty plus years at IBM, Dion had a proven track record of leading teams across multiple disciplines to enable them to successfully deliver upon client expectations, exceed annual sales targets, meet P&L objectives, and develop new opportunity pipelines. When he departed IBM, Dion was the VP of Global Government Strategy where he led the development of the industry-specific solution strategy for IBM’s $8B+ global government business. In addition, Dion successfully led a variety of IBM business lines with annual targets ranging from $300M to over $1B. These various Vice President positions included Client Success for US Federal Civilian Agencies, US Federal Civilian Global Business Services, US East Region System Z Mainframe, North America High Performance Computing, and US Public Sector Global Business Services Business Development.

Dion earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame. He is currently on the board of directors for the Wolf Trap Foundation and the Greater Washington Board of Trade, and has served on many other non-profit boards and advisory councils over the past 15 years. He and his wife Michelle live in Bethesda, MD.
